We know many treat the Apartments Community as a stepping stone to finding a space off campus. Why not lean into that? Join HVC and Off Campus College for Moving Off Campus 101!

This workshop will cover key information for students considering moving off campus, including: how to spot a predatory landlord, the secrets to securing a great rental, an overview of your tenants' rights, and the top 10 renter mistakes to avoid. Plus, you'll get important information about the free legal clinic available to students.

Free pizza and wings are included! It's all happening on Tuesday, October 21st, at 5:00 PM in Hillside Commons. This event is perfectly timed to prepare you for the Housing Fair on the 22nd.
