As you may or may not know, we are looking for interns. If you have been wanting to become a bigger part of our HSA fam this is your chance! Take the opportunity to learn more about each position and to build up valuable leadership skills. There are only 5 daysuntil the deadline on Monday, November 21stto get your letter of intent in so make sure you get it in!
To apply email a letter of intent to our email hsa@binghamtonsa.org. In the letter of intent, you should include some information about yourself so that we can get to know you, as well as why you would like to intern for us.

Secretary
Receives, send out, and maintain a file of all correspondences of the organization
Maintain minutes of weekly meetings to be read at the following meeting to keep the members informed.
Responsible for reserving rooms/tables & check emails and mailboxes.
Treasurer
Maintains & records all financial Transactions
Prepares a detailed budget
Presents brief details on the financial status of the organization during meetings.
Fundraising Chair
Assist the Treasurer with the financial transactions of the organization
Coordinates fundraising efforts
Public Relations Coordinator
In charge of advertisements, publications, and flyers for activities and events the organization holds.
Shall keep the organization informed about the social and cultural activities on the SUNY Binghamton campus.
Educational Coordinator
Update members on important facts (dates, holidays, etc.) or events going on in Haiti.
Responsible for the newsletter, research of topics for general body meetings, and educational programs.
Historian
Facilitates communication between HaSA and other cultural groups at other schools.
