Details

As midterm season approaches, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Join us for midterm mindfulness yoga. A special program designed to help you recharge, refocus, and relieve stress! Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats if they have one. Twenty mats will be available for participants to use on a first-come, first-serve basis for those who don't have one.
