Each hall will send two teams of two, at least one of the four must be female. The judges will provide a water balloon to one member of each team. Contestants will line up across from their partner at a six foot distance to start. On the judge's signal, the partner with the balloon will toss it to their partner. Every player must keep one foot behind their line at all times; if one member steps over with both feet that team of two will be disqualified. You may step forward with ONE foot over the line and may reach your hands out in order to catch the balloon. If the water balloon is caught, it will then be thrown back to the original partner on the judge's signal. If the balloon hits the ground but does not break, the team is still in. If the balloon pops, the team is disqualified. After each round, the line will be moved back. The last team with a balloon intact, wins. The team that lasts through the most rounds will win 500 points for their building, the second will win 300 points, the third will win 150 points, the fourth will win 100 points, and the fifth will win 50 points.
