This four week, non-credit class will introduce you to the practice of mindfulness and teach you several skills, including meditation, for managing stress and enriching your life. Registration is limited to 10 students and open to Harpur undergrads and graduate students. Classes will be taught by Koru Center trained instructor, Wendy Neuberger. You must be able to attend all 4 classes: Oct 9, 16, 23 and 30.
