Take a break, breathe, and reset before finals with us 🌿

Join the Graduate Student Organization’s Mental Health Committee for a relaxing Free Yoga Session designed to help you unwind, de-stress, and recharge both mentally and physically. Whether you’re new to yoga or already practicing, this session is open to all levels and all graduate students.

We’ll provide yoga mats, light refreshments (including iced tea, coconut water, and fruit salad), and some small goodies to make it a refreshing experience. It’s a great opportunity to step away from academic pressure, connect with fellow students, and focus on your well-being.
Food Provided (Light refreshments will be provided, including iced tea, coconut water, fresh fruit salad.)
