What does "think global / act local" even mean? As we wrestle with issues of sustainability, we have to discuss the role for national governments, regional governments, and local governments. In this talk, Professor Homsy will help sort out the complex web of action, and inaction,on issues important to the planet's environmental and social health. Dr. Homsy directs the Environmental Studies program and the Sustainable Communities masters degree program at Binghamton University and is an associate professor in the Department of Public Administration.
