In 1.5 focused hours, you’ll learn:

What Jira is and how teams use it for ticket tracking and sprint planning
How the Scrum framework works — sprints, standups, backlogs, and agile methodology
How to analyze a business process and identify pain points
How to build and improve a flowchart in Draw.io — hands-on exercise included

No prior PM or technical experience required. Bring your laptop — Draw.io is free and browser-based, no install needed. Come with a task or workflow in mind that you’d like to map out.
