This drop-in is a behind-the-scenes conversation about what it actually means to work on statistical data privacy research at the university level. Led by Peer Industry Mentor Rai, who worked on this research alongside Professor Monika Hu at BUPNUR, this session pulls back the curtain on what research looks like in practice and why data privacy is one of the most important — and fast-growing — areas in modern data science.
