Take note of what paths are available today and which one might be right for your current or next book! In today's self-service economy, more doors to publishing are open to authors than ever before, along with endless questions about the right path to publishing a book. The path belongs to the book, not its author. In parallel, there are key elements to every book that must be prepared regardless of its publishing path. Learn how to prepare each element through hands-on training in this skills lab.

Meet Jatinder Koharki, a self-published author whose debut Women's Fiction novel, AGAINST THE ODDS OF TRADITION, was released on Amazon in March 2026. Jatinder decided to pursue the self-publishing path. She is the owner of Book for Every Nook Publications LLC, her business through which she publishes her works. Jatinder is currently working on her second novel and her third non-fiction book. She recently pulled her first two non-fiction books from Amazon to give them makeovers.
