Interested in strengthening your writing skills and creating messaging that makes an impact? In this Skills Lab, students will learn how to write with empathy in response to real-world scenarios. Attendees will collaborate with each other to provide feedback on how to share good news, tough moments and everything in between from the perspective of a global company — keeping strategic thinking and creativity at the core of their communications.

Led by Angelica Svolos ’23, MBA ’24, who majored in English as an undergraduate at Binghamton, this interactive Skills Lab will have attendees take on the role of internal communications professionals. Now an internal communications associate at UiPath, Angelica works with the organization’s expansive People Development & Experience division to keep leaders and employees informed and engaged as the connective thread between teams across the world.
