Confident Conversations: Negotiation Skills for Job Interviews is an open-to-all campus program designed to help students build confidence and competence in navigating job offer negotiations. Through this interactive session, students will learn essential strategies such as conducting effective market research, understanding cost-of-living considerations, developing a strong BATNA, and framing professional, value-driven conversations with prospective employers. Whether you are preparing for your first job offer or looking to refine your negotiation approach, this session provides practical tools to confidently advocate for your value.
