As Global Talent Strategy Leader at EY, Dan Black ’94 is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and optimize talent, aligning with organizational goals to drive workforce effectiveness. He collaborates closely with service line and functional leadership worldwide to assess opportunities across the talent spectrum and co-develop solutions at the enterprise level, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and positive change.

As a Founding and Managing Partner with Black Marjieh & Sanford LLP, Lisa Black ’95 is an insurance and litigation defense attorney with over 27 years of experience, handling litigation defense of property and casualty matters in both federal and state courts, including trials and appeals. She previously served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Special Federal Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department. In that capacity, she defended the NYPD, FDNY and NYC Department of Corrections against Federal Civil Rights claims.
