Confident Conversations: Negotiation Skills for Job Interviews is an open-to-all campus program designed to help students build confidence and competence in navigating job offer negotiations. Through this interactive session, students will learn essential strategies such as identifying their BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement), conducting accurate market research, and framing productive, professional conversations with prospective employers. Whether you're preparing for your first job or looking to refine your negotiation approach, this session offers practical tools to advocate for your value.
