The English Language Institute (ELI) Conversation Pairs Program matches American students/fluent English speakers with international students/English language learners to meet for approximately one hour per week for conversation. To join the program, please complete the application form as soon as possible and register for the Welcome & Orientation meeting. During the Welcome Meeting, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the program and to meet your partner if you have been assigned one. If you are unable to attend the Welcome meeting, you may still be assigned a partner, but you will not receive confirmation until a few days after this event takes place.

The event will take place in two separate locations at 5PM on Tuesday, February 10th. English Learners will meet in UU 108; English speakers will meet at the Old Union Hall. After a brief training, both groups will meet in the Mandela Room for cake and conversation.
