The English Language Institute (ELI) Conversation Pairs Program matches American students/fluent English speakers with international students/English language learners to meet for approximately one hour per week for conversation. To join the program, please complete the application form as soon as possible and register for the Welcome & Orientation meeting. During the Welcome Meeting, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the program and to meet your partner if you have been assigned one. If you are unable to attend the Welcome meeting, you may still be assigned a partner, but you will not receive confirmation until a few days after this event takes place.

When the event begins, 'fluent English speakers' should meet in the Mandela room in the University Union and 'English language and American Culture learners' should go to University Union room 120.
