Culture Wars in Education (Bearchat)

Come join the Education Minor and the Thurgood Marshall Pre-Law Society for an interactive and informational event about culture wars in education on Tuesday, October 24 at 6 pm in University Union 103! We will be holding an info session about the debate over critical race theory, statewide curriculum bans, and legislation restricting discussions of race and LGBTQ+ issues. Then we will be holding a mock debate where you will have a chance to interact with those around you. This event is open to all students, whether they are part of the TMPS, the Ed minor, or none of the above. Ed minor students can complete their Bearchat requirement for participating.
