Join BHealthy and the Education club in an interactive workshop designed to help students slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves through the practice of mindful journaling. In recent sessions, students have shared that journaling has helped them:

- “Make clearer thoughts and process emotions more constructively.”
- “Be kinder to myself and understand why I’m doing the things I am.”
- “Shift from rumination to reflection and grow emotionally.”
- “Realize journaling is a tool for emotional resilience and self-discovery.”

Participants will also receive free journals and pens!
