Psychological safety starts with the courage to grow. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore how developing a growth mindset, building self-efficacy, and acting with integrity can strengthen their own learner safety in the workplace. Through reflection, discussion, and actionable tools, employees will be empowered to take ownership of their learning journey, align with the organization’s mission, and contribute to a culture where curiosity, confidence, and purposeful growth are encouraged and supported.

This session will be led by Arianna Cammisa, Mental Health Specialist for B-Healthy, Binghamton University's Healthy Campus Initiative

This session is the Supervisees - Learner Safety, within the broader context of Psychological Safety in the Workplace series, but all are welcome to attend!

This event will take place on June 25th from 10-12pm, at UUW 324
Refreshments will be provided.

If you anticipate a need for disability-related accommodations or auxiliary aids to comfortably participate, please reach out to Angella Kim (akim@binghamton.edu or 607-777-2882). We ask that you provide us with at least 3-5 days of advance notice regarding your equal access needs.
