The EAP program invites you to join Julie Lee, BUDS Registered Dietitian, and Christopher Harasta, BUDS Sustainability Manager for a workshop focused on various approaches
to meal prepping to help save time, money, and food waste as well as improve the nutrition quality of your meals at home. Leave with some practical ways to begin incorporating or add more meal-prepping strategies in ways that work best for your family’s situation.
