Inclusion safety thrives when everyone takes ownership of how they show up at work. This interactive, restorative circle-based workshop invites all team members—regardless of role—to engage in meaningful dialogue about what respect, inclusion, and psychological safety look like in practice. Together, participants will co-create a Respect Agreement that reflects shared values, builds trust, and sets the tone for a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. By centering empathy, accountability, and cultural awareness, this session empowers individuals to play an active role in shaping a more inclusive and psychologically safe environment for all.

This session will be led by Jennifer Smith, Restorative Practices Coordinator for Binghamton University's Division of Diversity Equity and Inclusion

This session is the Supervisees - Inclusion Safety, within the broader context of Psychological Safety in the Workplace series, but all are welcome to attend!

This event will take place on June 9th from 1-2:30pm at UUW 325
Refreshments will be provided.

If you anticipate a need for disability-related accommodations or auxiliary aids to attend or participate, please get in touch with Angella Kim at 607-777-2882 or akim@binghamton.edu. Please aim to provide us with at least 3-5 days of advance notice regarding your equal access needs.
