This workshop presents a fresh perspective on our well-being and the various factors that influence our mental health. It explores the elements that contribute to the development of emotional resilience and introduces positive psychology concepts, including the PERMA model. Participants will leave with practical tools to enhance their emotional well-being and strengthen their resilience.
