Campus in the summertime is one of the most peaceful times of year, take advantage of the beautiful weather and quiet campus by joining us in some Peaceful Poses. This series is the perfect introduction to Yoga for those who are new to the practice, while still being calming and soothing for the more seasoned Yogis out there!
Come and find your inner calm on the First Mondays of June, July and August.

This event will take place in the Fine Arts Memorial Courtyard, on June 2 / July 7 / August 4 at 4:00pm. Rain location will be inside the Fine Arts building, on the northern side of the courtyard.

These sessions will be lead by Ramona Lena, a B-Healthy Campus Agent, who is passionate about sharing many types of yoga and inspiring people to improve their quality of life through breathing, meditation and physical yoga poses.
Ramona received her 200HR yoga certification from Yoga Farm, Ithaca, NY. She is currently working on her 500HR certification with Kripalu Center for Yoga, Stockbridge, MA.
