Join us for an engaging and informative session led by Truth Pharm’s Kathy Staples, focusing on the Science of Addiction—primarily on Opioid Use Disorder (OUD)—and Overdose Recognition and Reversal Training with Narcan nasal spray.
What You’ll Learn:
• The science behind addiction and why it's not as simple as “just quitting”
• How opioids affect the brain and dopamine production
• Common myths and truths about Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
• How to recognize an opioid overdose and administer Narcan

This collaboration between EAP and B-Healthy seeks to empower our campus community with knowledge, compassion, and life-saving skills.
All are welcome. We encourage everyone to join us, regardless of their background or experience. Narcan kits will be available for all who attend.
