[Caption: There is an image of a waterfall that is falling over a wide slope of layered rocks, creating raging white rapids that fall downward. At the base of the waterfall there are trees, and a small set of steps that lead to a wooden plank bridge. On top of the wooden plank are the silhouette of three people enjoying the great outdoors. At the center of the image in light gray cursive font are the words "Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle." under it is the name "Christian D. Larson".]
What is a challenge?
(From "30 days: How a challenge can change your life" in the "Being Boss" Blog)
"A challenge is a self-imposed undertaking with a specific goal in mind. These can come in many different forms and can be completed alone or with a group of people. The key to a challenge is that it is difficult but achievable. The difficulty level of a challenge generates a sense of accomplishment and often serves as an indicator of your personal growth. Challenges can take many forms and can be completed for various reasons. "
