As you walk into the weekend, consider Scheduling Physical Wellness into your Busy Life.

Balancing a hectic schedule with physical wellness can be challenging, but here are some strategies to help:

1. Plan Ahead: Identify ideal times in your daily schedule for workouts. This could be early mornings, lunch breaks, or evenings.

2. Incorporate Short Activities: Even 10-minute physical activity sessions can be beneficial. Try to fit in three 10-minute workouts throughout the day.

3. Use Small Opportunities: Take the stairs, walk during meetings, or do quick exercises at your desk.

4. Set Reminders: Use alarms or apps to remind you to move every hour. This can help break up long periods of sitting.
