We welcome you to participate in a 2 session peer led group (3/24/21 & 3/31/21) to promote better body image at Binghamton University. The group is aimed at helping students feel better about themselves and their bodies. The Body project consists of discussion and activities to improve body image and self-esteem. The program is not a group counseling session, but it does provoke thoughtful and deep personal discussion. Groups will meet for 2, two hour sessions and will consist of up to 10 members.

Participants in these groups have found this experience to be life changing in that they commit to healthy behaviors and attitudes about their bodies. If you want to feel better about your body image and about yourself, please consider attending this zoom group.

It is recommended that people who attend the group do not have an eating disorder or are in recovery for a year.
