Come spend some time in the Binghamton University Nature Preserve to benefit from the healing properties of nature.
There will be options to both go on a guided nature walk to learn more about abundant life the preserve sustains or to be part of a nature meditation group to slow down and be in the presence of the beauty and energy that surrounds us.
Please pre-register and wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty. Sponsored by Binghamton University Interfaith Council (BUIC).

Spending time in nature is good for your SOUL! It has many documented benefits from improved cognitive
function to increased mental health as well as opening you up to a sense of awe and wonder that can lead to people
being more generous, gaining a sense of connectedness and being a part of a bigger whole.
