Come join us in conversation with Sule Can, Lubna Omar, Brad Skopyk, Melissa Haller, Preston Jones and Yunus Tortamis who will present and discuss their project Mapping February 6 in Antakya: A Digital Memorial making use of mapping and crowdsourcing tools to create an interactive memorial site.

The project team will discuss their experience developing their project from their initial vision, what they’ve learned so far and what they’d share with others about the process of engaging in a larger digital humanities project as part of a collaborative team. Please join us if you are interested in hearing more about the project or the work involved in visualizing and realizing digital humanities projects more broadly.
