What is Success Coaching?

Professional and Peer Success Coaches support student learning through personalized one-on-one coaching appointments. We focus our empowering questions on a students learning, who they are, and how they have experienced their academic journey. Success Coaches are trained to collaboratively work alongside a student to create an actionable success plan regarding a variety of topics like:

• time and task management
• study strategies
• organization  
• productivity
• motivation and others 

We encourage students to sign up for their coaching appointment early in the semester. Appointments are offered up to a bi-weekly basis and students can continue to seek success coaching throughout their academic journey.
