This presentation will focus on practical ways to make exercise more accessible and approachable for students, faculty, and staff. We will discuss common barriers that keep people from getting started, including intimidation, lack of confidence, time constraints, and the feeling that fitness has to be all-or-nothing. The session will frame movement as a lifelong tool for health and well-being, with practical strategies for staying active during busy seasons, while traveling, and through different stages of life.
