November 4 is the last day to postmark your mail ballot or deliver it in-person to your board of elections or any poll site in your county. Note: You cannot drop off an absentee ballot from another county at the campus polling place or any other polling place in Broome County.

Mail ballot requirements and deadlines may vary by state. Check with your local board of elections if you are voting by mail outside of New York.
