Today is Election Day! Polls are open from 6 a.m.-9 p.m.

Students who live on campus and are registered with their on-campus address will vote in the Mandela Room. Off-campus students registered with an address in Broome County will vote at a polling place near their residence. If you no longer live on campus, you cannot vote on campus and must vote at the polling site associated with your current off-campus address. To find your correct polling location, use the Broome Votes polling place locator: https://www.broomevotes.com/pollingplacelookup.

If you are registered at a previous address in New York and did not update your voter registration address, you can still vote on Election Day by going to the polling place associated with your current address. The poll inspectors will direct you to vote by affidavit ballot. Complete the ballot carefully using your current local address.

Voting absentee? Your absentee ballot must be postmarked or delivered to your local board of elections or any poll site in your county by Election Day (Nov. 7) and received by your local board of elections by Nov. 14. (Note: You cannot drop off an absentee ballot from another county at the campus polling place or any other polling place in Broome County.)
