Monday, October 23 is the last day for the board of elections to *receive* an application for an absentee ballot in N.Y. You can request an absentee ballot by mail, online portal, email, or fax. It is recommended that students submit their absentee ballot request online at https://absenteeballot.elections.ny.gov/
