This is a fun and free event sponsored by Binghamton University Dean of Students CARE Team, and representatives from Binghamton University's Interfaith Council (BUIC). Connect with your breath, connect with nature and connect with our campus community. Each 15-minute session will offer an easy-to-follow Vinyasa Yoga flow that synchronizes breath and body creating a calm, centering experience. Drop-in anytime that's convenient, sessions are continuous…come get your "OM" on here! What to bring: Yoga mat or towel, no worries if you don't bring either. Yoga Instructor Patti Dowd will be leading the event!
