Alumni Career Connections with Matthew Zachary '96, Founder and CEO of Stupid Cancer
Details
Matthew, a talented concert pianist and composer, was in his senior year at Binghamton University when he was diagnosed with pediatric brain cancer and told he had six months to live. After surviving cancer, he wished to diminish some of the isolation that goes along with being an adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivor; he soon founded Stupid Cancer, which advocates and provides support for Generation X and millennial cancer patients and survivors.
Attend this Alumni Career Connections event to meet Matthew and hear about his experience founding an adolescent and young adult cancer support organization.
