New York State Taxpayer Assistance Program

NYS Tax Department employees will assist Binghamton University students, faculty, and staff in preparing and filing their personal tax returns.

- Next registered appointment available April 8, 2025
- Walk-ins welcome pending availability
- Use on-site computers, your own laptop, tablet, or mobile device.
- You only need basic computer skills and an active email account.
- If you earned $84,000 or less in 2024, you qualify.
- Safe and secure online tax software.
