Join data analytics specialist Josh Goldberg ’18 for a hands-on exposure to the data visualization software Tableau. As a leading e-commerce reporting and digital strategy at Fanatics, Goldberg previously supervised the analysis of product performance and uncovered customer insights to boost revenue through developing advanced reports and dashboards. Now working at The Walt Disney Company to help strategize their streaming content and engagement, Goldberg has extensive experience in engagement behavior, data analytics and metric design.
Students will explore how to break down key metrics that drive viewership interactions, including hours per subscriber, completion rate, and engagement rate. They will also learn how this data can be applied in positions like content strategy, advertising and more. Be sure to download Tableau before the Skills Lab and bring a computer to actively participate.
