Product managers play an important strategic role in a variety of industries, helping steer the operations of businesses while expertly understanding consumers and market demand. Join Alyssa Lanoye and Jason Luna as they provide an overview of project manager careers and different paths of entry as a recent graduate.
Skills Lab: From Concept to Creation: Product Management Essentials with Alyssa Lanoye ‘15 and Jason Luna ‘20

What to expect:
Mythbusting common product misconceptions.
Identify and balance customer values/needs and business objectives.
Learn how to define the strategy and solutions surrounding a new product or service.
Explore all the steps involved in the product life cycle, from ideation to development.
Alyssa and Jason will highlight some of the key skills needed in the position of the product manager, including research, planning and communication. [INSERT BIO INFO]. Students will learn what it’s like to work across all levels of an organization as leaders and drive execution from start to finish.
