Get a head start on your job and internship search! Co-sponsored by the Fleishman Center for Career and Professional Development and the International Student and Scholar Office, this three-day International Student Professional Development Mini-Conference will provide you with the tools you need to conduct a successful job and internship search. Sessions will be spread out throughout the week and include: resume overview workshop, interviewing 101 overview, tailoring your material for the job search, and a personal Branding presentation that includes a LinkedIn overview. Refreshments and snacks will be served during the conference. Register ahead of time on Handshake.
Day 1: Personal Branding and LinkedIn Overview
The first program will present the best practices for personal branding and go over the key features of LinkedIn. Learn how to create your own personal LinkedIn account and effectively network with professionals on LinkedIn.
