Gallup defines career wellbeing simply as "liking what you do everyday." This involves "engaging in work that provides personal satisfaction and enrichment and that's consistent with one's values, goals, and lifestyle".

Financial wellbeing can have a strong influence on career wellbeing, and vice versa. Join the Multicultural Resource Center to learn the basics of financial literacy and set yourself up for success in your career!
