This fall you have the option of attending Job and Internship Fairs in person, virtually or both! Due to travel restrictions for some employers, we have decided to offer a combination of in person and virtual events again this fall. You are welcome to attend any and all of the events that fit your schedule and interests! Take advantage of the opportunities available and make important connections!

Fall 2022 VIRTUAL Job and Internship Fair

11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

All Binghamton University students (all majors) are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Representatives from for-profit, government, and non-profit organizations will be available to speak with students about full-time employment, internship, and summer opportunities.

Remember, registering for the fair is only the first step! You must then sign up for individual sessions with the employers you wish to speak with. The earlier you sign up the more time slots you will have to choose from!

In the weeks prior to the fair, all students should make sure their hireBING profiles are updated and accurate, upload a resume and utilize hireBING to see what job and internship opportunities employers have posted, as well as conduct their own research by visiting employer websites and utilizing the Vault resource through their Handshake profile. Once employers have their schedules uploaded, you will be able to sign up for group sessions and 1:1 sessions with employers. Please remember that if you sign up for a session you are expected to attend that session or cancel your session in advance. Failure to do so will add you to the no show list and will result in the deactivation of your hireBING by Handshake profile until you complete the necessary consequences. Your profile information will be essential in allowing you to access the 1:1 sessions with employers. Please plan to research the organizations in advance and log in and set your schedules at least 1-2 weeks prior to the fair in order to have access to the sessions you wish to attend. Virtual fairs do not lend themselves well to day of decisions - please plan ahead for the best experience.
