Dan Black '94 is a Global Recruiting Leader at EY responsible for global talent acquisition strategy. As a recruiting leader with 23 years of experience, Dan is a master networker who has connected with professionals across the globe and introduced them to their next opportunities. His skill and expertise in acquiring top talent make him an established industry resource and his advice is invaluable to students looking to improve their networking skills and stand out.

After graduating from Binghamton in 1994 with a degree in Accounting, Dan became a Certified Public Accountant before obtaining a Masters in Human Resources from Fordham University and transitioning to recruiting. As an EY Global Recruiting Leader, he sources, attracts, and hires people with diverse backgrounds and experience to lead high performing teams at one of the world's top professional services firms. Dan has also served as the President and board member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), the leading professional organization for employment of the college educated. He specializes in strategy, development, and oversight of major talent acquisition and management functions in large organizations."
