Spinning® is a rhythmic, music-based indoor cycling class that focuses on endurance, strength, and intervals of varying intensity for a high-energy workout.

All group fitness classes are free now through the end of the semester, May 19. Pre-registration is required for Spinning. Sign up through B-Engaged and be sure to bring your ID and water to class! Cubbies are available for your belongings. Athletic attire is required.
