FloatFit HIIT is a low impact, 45-minute high intensity interval training class that includes squats, mountain climbers and lunges — all done while floating on water using the AquaBase, a floating fitness mat. All class participants MUST know how to swim. Please dress to get wet! Form-fitting yoga attire or bathing suits required.
