Spinning with Campus Recreation

This event is part of Stress-free Bing. Any Campus Recreation event on the Stress-free Bing calendar is available to all students, including students who do not have a fitness membership.

All group fitness classes (except for Spin) are first-come, first-served, so we recommend coming 5-10 minutes early. You can sign up for Spin at recreation.binghamton.edu. Just be sure to bring your student ID to the East Gym for access. There are also cubbies in the group fitness rooms for your belongings during class.
