Details

Anyone with a valid Binghamton University ID is welcome to try out FloatFit; an aquatic floating fitness course. This group fitness class will incorporate stabilization exercises on a floating fitness mat in the East Gym pool. Participants must know how to swim. Register to secure your spot!
