FloatFit is a low impact, 45-minute class done on the water with a floating fitness mat. This class combines HIIT style training with yoga movements designed to improve strength and balance. You'll learn to combine breath and movement to strengthen the body and mind. All exercises can be modified to suit different levels of fitness and experience, and all class participants MUST know how to swim. Please dress to get wet!
