Improve your swim technique to enhance your workout in the water. We will review basic strokes and finetune your technique under the guidance of a Water Safety Instructor. Participants must be able to swim at least 50 yards independently. Goggles and swim caps are recommended, but not required. This class is part of our free Find Your Fit series of classes, where we help you try something new or rediscover something you love. No membership is required for Find Your Fit activities, but you must register on B-Engaged.
