This session invites all students, faculty, and staff to pause, reflect on the things we’re thankful for, and explore how gratitude supports our spiritual and personal well-being. Journals and pens will be provided — bring an open heart and curious mind. It includes five stand-alone sessions exploring how spiritual practices can support your mental, emotional and personal wellness. Attend one or all session! 🌞🧘🤗
